Sometimes, we want to speak unrehearsed.
So yea, it is actually the end of semester.
This is a sad semester end indeed.
Why?
Simply because I might not be seeing some of my friends again.
This is the time when you thought - shit just got real.
Things won't be the same as they were last time.
The life in university is undeniably harsh but it was fun nonetheless.
I got to know so many great people, friends, lecturers, lessons.
Ask me, in 5 years time, what will I become?
I'll be looking at some place in the administration office of some company, at least.
Maybe finally found the right girl and get married.
But let me tell you, other than family, friends are those who got me through a lot of things.

The other day when I had brunch with Mai at Ficelle Boulangerie & Palisserie in Taman Desa,
I really wonder will there be time for such thing in the future?
It was nice to know I could still hang out with her and some of the others who lived nearby.
But then again, people will soon caught up with their busy life.
You can't expect everyone to get the exact free time to hang out right?
But yeah, talk about the brunch we had...pretty fancy place indeed!
Kinda feels like we're eating in France.
The breads and the pasta were pleasantly nice.
With exception of my new found discovery of not favouring custard.
This brunch got me calm a little about what lies in the future.
Cherish whatever is happening to you now.
Cherish all the people who gave a damn of your existence now.
Cherish wherever this life leads you into.
They're definitely worth it.
This holiday, I will make full use of it.
Just started my full-time driving task.
Send and fetch sisters at school, grocery shopping, blah blah blah.
Soon I'll get the hang of this indeed.

Last 2011 Cravings

Hey peeps,
What do you know about food cravings?
From lollipops craving, Ribena cravings to T.G.I Fridays cravings.
Not saying TGIF is the highest possible food you can crave for.
But yeah, everyone has their cravings.
This time, I'll be sharing you story about me and my food hunt scandal, Joanne.

I managed to get her out of her cocoon, as she was saying she crave for sushi in Twitter.
After the Friday prayer, both of us headed to Alamanda for Sushi King.

We wanted the special 20% discount so we walked around Alamanda waiting for the time to come.
It's 3pm and we went in.
The environment was pleasant.
We ate a lot although the Kaiten is quite empty that we need to order the sushi ala-carte.
Also eating Oyako Don while she got herself a Yakiniku Don.
We were both eating like there's no tomorrow.
I sorta love the fact that I can use chopstick quite well.
We were both bloated at the end of the day.
I still blame the Miso soup. haha~

The price?
Too little for the fact that I manage to get her out of anti-social cocoon.
Too little for the fact that it'll be one of the last meal we'll probably have together.
Too little for the fact that, I'll definitely miss this.

800th for new year.

Hello 2012.
This is the 800th post of Thatisazam since 2007.
It has been a hell of a ride in 2011.
Since it's been awhile that I updated this,
I'll spend some time to make it up to you all.
First and foremost, let's pick it up from where I left the blog in.

Oh yea, the 5th of December.
It was the day that I realize that COBOL is an easy language.
Also the day of The Muppets screening brought by Churp2.
So yea, after some code writing and everything, Jacq and I head to e@Curve for the screening.
The journey took awhile...and started to get on everyone's nerve.
But we made it. And the show wasn't bad afterall.
Worth the adventure I guess if we aren't that hungry.
Jacq was extremely exausted. Felt sorry for her.

Then on the 10th of December, I went for volunteer work at KLCC.
It was nice working with people.
Well, I actually led about 20 students from UNITEN and UPM to manage some kids.
We made 2 plans. And both of the plans didn't work.
I can't blame anyone since my soft skills aren't that good either.
Anyways, I learnt so much from the volunteer work.
From the organizing staffs and from the parents at the expo.
Will definitely up for new volunteer work like this!

On the 19th, mum come to KL and I need to accompany her for some business.
Therefore, I have Mai to send me over to Concorde Hotel KLIA. It was definitely a fine ride with her and a little catching up too. I wonder if there'll be such time for this sort of catching up in the future...?
Putting that aside, mum's arriving that night and therefore I got to check into the hotel for her that noon.
The service was superb. Later that night I went to KLIA to fetch mum.
Her flight was delayed so I took a smart move filling my tummy up with 1901 hotdog.

In KL, we did some shoppings and I got myself a BlackBerry Bold 9700 or in its famous name, Bold 2.
I'll be using it as second phone so I won't be subscribing BIS at the moment.
On the 21st, I rushed back to UNITEN for my project 1 presentation.
To my careless soul, I forgot that I got to wear formal but it's okay. I got cool supervisor and examiner :)
The presentation went well, Alhamdulillah.
Then I rush back to KL and meet up with mum.
On 22nd, we settled the business and do a little more shopping and watching midnight movie.
Got back to uni on 23rd and help Jacq with her stuffs and taught both Salmi and Jacq of COBOL.
On 24th, I got out to teach Husna on making DFD and ERD stuffs. Then we watch Sherlock Holmes together. It was a friggin' nice movie!
Then on the 25th to 27th, I went for study group with Farah, Syakir, Wawa and Mek Sarah.
Mostly with Farah and Syakir though. I'm glad that we got to do this one last time before we went on separate ways before graduation.
28th, 29th and 31st are the finals paper I have on 2011.
And the final paper is on 4th of January 2012. 3 days from now. Wish me luck ya~!
Sometimes, you just wish it all!
Happy New Year and I apologize for the wrong things I did on purpose or by accident.
I am glad to have you peeps around to give me hope and taught me how to live life to the fullest.

Being Honest with RAZR

As most of you know,
I'm a Motorola RAZR user.
The world's thinnest dual-core Android phone.
In this blog post, I'll share you the lovehate tragedy I have with the phone.

Let's talk about its weaknesses ok?
First and foremost, I'm a quick snapper.
Ask my closest friends.
I'm their best photo stalker ever.
The one with most photos of them, at least.
RAZR's camera is sucky for an 8 MP phone camera.
It needs better stabilization and colour settings.
Another weakness is its annoying telco information stucked on the notification bar.
I mean, I know which telco I'm using.
The image pinch zoom is laggy too. Seriously lag for a dual core processor power.
The screen is way too sensitive with the heat.
Sometimes, even without my finger touch the screen but close enough, the heat caused the screen to assume its being pressed.
and again, no dedicated camera shutter key.
The interactive buttons are smaller too causing hard time for me to precisely touch on them sometimes.
and worst of all, unremovable battery which actually become a nuisance thinking about how to hard reset the phone if it hangs although there're solutions for that already.

The things that I love about RAZR are its 7.1mm thin beauty with a unique shape that make the phone looks elegant and exclusive.
The KEVLAR back and great texture feel make you feel like it's a phone you can hardly let go.
The camera, despite the low light and indoor shots weakness, I found that the camera shoot is very fast!
Not as fast as the upcoming Galaxy Nexus but faster than the rest of Gingerbread phones out there.
The camera took stunning macro images too!
Being capable of shooting full HD using the primary camera and HD capable secondary camera, there's no excuse for you to say that the video recording functionality is redundant.
Having wider body than similar screen size phone out there is not a disadvantage but an advantage.
Gives you more gap when holding it without accidentally pressing on anything.
My grip fits just nice with the phone.
Using micro SIM is also not a disadvantage but also an advantage of being future-proof.
Let's talk inside.
The 1.2GHz dual core processor with 1GB of RAM made available for this beast is sufficient for at least 2 years from now.
Not mentioning the 8GB storage space available inside the phone that is more than enough for a smartphones and capable of holding more stuffs in external micro SD card support up to 32GB.
The hotspot function works flawlessly and everything moves smoothly other than pinch zooming.
The customized boot up video is awesome.
The volume and vibration is great for both indoor and outdoor.
The call quality and signal is above average and I dare say the best, so far.
So yeah, like the iPhone, it's not the best of phone but it is good enough for the other features it has to offer.
I don't recommend this phone if you are looking for something more powerful in terms of specifications and functionality.
But if you think what you need of a phone is not too much, but fair enough for some high end applications, this is a phone for you.
Why? Because KEVLAR back is 5 times stronger than steel.
Why? Because Gorilla Glass takes months of heavy usage before a scratch is inflicted.
Why? Because call quality is what you should look for as it is a phone.
Why? Because it fits in your palm and the display is Super AMOLED qHD which is honestly, good enough for enjoying movie.
Why? Because it's a phone with shape that people can differentiate from the rest.
Why? Because it is Motorola. The brand that first implement mobile phones. The brand that provides the best built next to Apple.
Why? Because sometimes, you just wish it all.

Supervisor Wedding

Hey peeps.
I was stuck without a laptop since last Friday.
I'll blog about my new laptop soon.
To start off, lemme share with ya'll about my supervisor's wedding.

13th November marks the day.
It was a huge feast consuming 12 tents in total.
The foods are awesome!
Joanne, Kalai, Johnson, Tony, Ang, Bryant, Alvin, Pua, Ramesh and I went there as CLICQ representative.
It was a really sunny day.
Luckily we managed to get a table to sit and enjoy the meals.
Snapped quite a number of photos and recorded some videos of the wedding.

Some of you might be asking why am I excited to blog about this.
Well, I helped Mr. Sufyian to look for this two stunning emcees.
Thanks to both of you, Puteri and Nazrin.
Did a good job that day :)

Just like the calm before the storm, the rain seems to be on its way that evening.
I got to go back early although I don't feel like going back. Anyways, I would love to wish both Mr. Sufyian and Mrs. Feeza a very blessed wedding and may both of you live a happy life together.

Life and Food

Food crave, do you have any?
We know we did.
And what do we do about it?

So apparently, a few food craves crawls inside.
Like seriously, you can't treat a food crave too lightly.
I crave for fried spice chicken ever since I went to Mr Sufyian's wedding which I will blog about soon.
Went to Restoran Maulana Serdang which is awesome with them 3 girls.
Mymy, Sarah, and Erra.
I took white rice, the CHICKEN, and a fried egg.
While all of them are eating bread-based meals like burgers and fried bread.
It is to my concern that girls are so complicated.
They seriously monitor every single thing going on their body.
Even every single time they munched, they'll think twice what will happen to their weight.
I don't know...I prefer girls who enjoys food and yet eat them properly rather than girls who starve for beauty.

I didn't say that what most of the girls do are wrong for trying hard to keep their diet healthy but just once, enjoy life before you live long dull life.
Whatever can kill you will only make you stronger.
Let me share you about my allergies. I used to have allergies towards prawn.
Whenever I eat prawn, my lips and throat would be badly swollen.
But that's no excuse for me to stop eating them because I know, soon my body will adapt to it.
Now, I don't have such allergy towards prawn anymore.
Likewise, why refrain yourself from enjoying the best part of life, by not eating?
Eat, simply eat what you want. There're a lot of other ways to keep your body fit and healthy without having to worry on food.
But who am I to give such advice with my current health condition?
Maybe if beauty is out of questions for true love in this world, my advice might work.
It's just something to ponder:

Everyone needs to die.
Nobody deserve to live forever.
Someday, the greatest shall fall.

Dark Side of Me

Hello daydreamers.
This week has been a week filled with much procrastination.

I got too lazy these days that I invited Mymy and Joanne for my 3rd time of Real Steel!
Then the invitation spread like fire to Johnson and Aboy.
Although honestly I don't like the fact that most of them were playing during the movie.
I know that most of us have watched the movie but I seriously enjoy movie with less movements around me.
A simple talk will do, isn't it?
Putting aside such experience, I do enjoy watching even after 3rd time watching the movie.
A great Monday indeed.

Then on Wednesdae,
went for The Adventures of Tintin premiere at Mid Valley.
This time I actually planned where I should sit to get best movie experience without having to deal with so much distraction around. HAHA.
Thanks to ChurpChurp,
the movie is a solid 7/10.
Although can't beat Real Steel, Steven Spielberg does deliver quality in both graphics and storyline.
and yeah, seeing Joanne went to try so much dresses reminded me how much we have grown up since foundation.
The fact that the environment changing to more matured surroundings,
I realized that it's time to start having fun in different way.
And this is just the right kind of starting point ;)

Money and what Revolves

First of all, I want to say Alhamdulillah.
For He is the most Gracious, the most Loving.
Let's see what I'm going to blog about today?
Money.
Everybody love money.
People wonders how I rarely dry of money.
How do I save and get some?
For me, money buys happiness.
From happiness, you obtain love.
How did I do it?
How did I gained so much even with spending so much?

it's in the word GRACIOUS.
Give. Receive. Achieve. Care. Instinct. Order. Utilize. Spend.

GIVE - If you can't let go of what you own for the people, you will barely get back from the people. Be sincere in whatever you do to others. What you own now you can't keep to the afterlife. What you give, you'll gain more.

RECEIVE - Don't decline. Don't ask question before thanking them who give you something. People always go like "what's this for?" but me, "thanks! but mind if I ask what's this for?". The receiving attitude will show you appreciate what people did to you. You won't know that they'll give you more but it sure makes both the giver and the receiver feel good.

ACHIEVE - Set a goal and stick to it. Set aside 10% of your money every month for future use. Keep track of your spending and savings. Know where that extra loss went to. It's time for you to see the bigger picture on what junk have you did with your money.

CARE - Do not be stingy. Try your best to help those who are in need. At the same time, you need to be careful on what you spend on too. Make sure EVERY cents are worth it. Treat your friends like they're your king or queen for a day sometimes. Boost up others' level of happiness and you'll find peace.

INSTINCT - There are times that you want something so much that you can't sleep? It happens to me always but don't be fooled by lust. Use your inner sense to rationalize what you need and what you want. If you need to buy it for a peace in mind, buy it at reasonable price. Haggle all you can so that you are not spending like a bastard.

ORDER - You need to prioritize. What's the money for? Is it enough? What are the MUST-spend and the COULD-spend items? Again, use your instinct.

UTILIZE - You got skills, you should use it for money. You got tools, you should use it for money. You got knowledge, you should use it for money. Don't be ungrateful to what God have given you. USE everything optimally and be humble for you have got nothing but what God lent you.

SPEND - Money aren't for keeping forever. Spend. Spend. Spend. But make sure spending is not ridiculously more than what you can get back.

I guess that's all I can share.
With GRACIOUS, you'll indeed live a better life.
Don't make your life as money-oriented.
Make money as life-oriented.
Sometimes, you just wish it all~

Recovery

Seems like a rough time I had last week.
But yeah, I recovered fast this time.
No matter how hurtful it was, I must consider those who are close to me.

There's no point crying over those who don't want us to be a part of what they do.
Because there're a lot more who does.
First recovery point is to have as much good friends around.
I did that when there's the talk about future career last Fridae.

Then on Saturdae, it's a dull and hungry dae.
So, went out to Alamanda for lunch with Dale.
Seems like our McD lunch plan is also everyone else' plan.
So got ourselves a meal at Noodle Station instead.
After lunch, both of us got to sit inside various cars displayed as showcase.
That night, Hanis, Dale and I decided to go buy ticket for Real Steel!
Second round for me.
The first was when I watch it with Jacq earlier the week.
We got ourself the counter with that pretty cashier that I got my eye on.
Lucky night means lucky day the day after!
So yeah, Dale wanted to take photo with the Piranha.
That's the photo. LOL.

The next dae was awesome.
That Sundae, Hanis wanted to go Low Yat to purchase some stuffs.
I was thinking of buying some stuffs there too.
We ate at a mamak restaurant at the back of Times Square.
At Low Yat, we splitted up.
I look for Jacq's phone casing and ask for the housing's best price.
And Dale went with Hanis upstairs.
Seriously, I found it easier to buy PC stuffs than handphone's stuffs.
Went back with empty hand then we got ourself to the Mines.
I upgrade my Celcom sim card and yeah. My October is complete!
Before we went back, we take photos with the parrots and the snake~
We watch Real Steel that night and the movie is still as awesome with a second time!
I wanna watch it in 3D please!

Hey peeps,
seems like I kept on blogging about Jacq.
Let me make an official statement:
She's one of my best buddies.
Nothing more, nothing short.

Now that cleans the air,
I want to share with you about how proud I am of her.
She took quite a leap when she decided to wear shawl for her MUET speaking test yesterday.
She felt awkward but I think she looks gorgeous.
Don't you think so, readers?
What more is that seeing a non-Muslim attempt to adapt to Islamic culture is quite a hit to those who have hard time embracing the way of life they're born to live on.
Overall she said that the speaking test was fine.
She got a lot of things on her mind that she didn't drive properly and keep forgetting stuff.
By stuff, I really mean by returning my PEN. hahaha~

Then later at night,
I went for CLICQ's Monthly Gathering.
An event which I once was a program director of.
It was nice indeed.
Seeing so much crowd.
However, the food should be served first instead of being served after all the activities.
And this is another statement I want to make to clear things up.
Ru Yi and I are just friends.

Hey peeps,
In case most of you didn't know, my phone is an Android phone.
A Motorola Atrix.
By the time I got it, it was on Froyo.

What's Froyo? Froyo is an Android mobile operating system.
Android code-named their public release version from the very first -
Android Cupcake which is version 1.5.
Android Donut which is version 1.6.
Android Eclair which is version 2.1.
Android Froyo which is version 2.2.
Android Gingerbread which is version 2.3.
Android Honeycomb which is for tablets only of version 3.2.
Android Icecream Sandwich which is hybrid of Gingerbread and Honeycomb of version 4.0.
And as you can read in the screenshot, it's using 2.2.2 firmware which is Froyo.

Then Motorola Singapore released the update on their firmware update page.
I quickly download and flash myself to Gingerbread.
Ta-da!
It's 2.3.4!
Although the latest Gingerbread is 2.3.7
I'm happy enough to see much improvements.
Such noticeable improvements include:
1. Ability to turn off camera shutter sound.
2. Faster boot time.
3. Much stabler data and Wi-Fi connection.
4. Location indicator.
5. Cooler user interface.
6. Better image focus.
7. Optimized application start-up time.
8. Better battery usage.
9. Pocket screen-lock.

10. Proxy for Wi-Fi.
11. Nicer keyboard.
12. Better memory usage.

It took me a whole day to refresh everything in my phone since I want to avoid any complications.
And this is my homescreen~
As you can see, I switched my SIM card to Celcom instead of Maxis due to cheaper data plans.

Hey peeps,
On Thursdae, I manage to finalize Johnson's birthdae wish video.
I plan to skip the evening classes because I seriously don't feel so well.
Then, Jacqueline message me asking if I want to go to the book fair with her or not.
I was like ok since I already plan to skip the evening classes.
Avoiding the excessive aircon.
We went there around 3pm and met Asma and Yusof there.
The three of them are bookholic!
I barely find anything worth for me to read from the bookpile!
But it was a nice trip for me to actually do a second round at the fair.
After that Jacq and I head for a lil' light shopping.
She bought stuffs. As usual, I watch and ask what's the stuffs are for. LOL.
As she kept saying that she's hungry, I got my first time seeing how McD drive-thru works! Hahaha~

Then I got back home and quickly getting prepared for CLICQ's committee dinner that night.
It should be fun. All of us are going to IOI Mall's Seoul Garden.
I'm following Alvin's car. Maybe because I don't feel so well, I got sick after the ride that far.
Sorry Alvin if I made you worry.
And guess what? My hotstuff, Ru Yi wore the Super Girl tee I bought her for her birthdae as I requested! So damn happy la! hahaha~
It's so sweet right?
We don't get to watch Real Steel after the dinner since it's premiere dae and it's full house.
Then we start going to bowling alley. Seems like there's a tournament therefore most of us decided to go Sunway Pyramid for the bowling.
2 games and as soon as most of us finished, a Happy Birthdae song filled the alley.

Yeah! It's Johnson's birthdae! Happy friggin' birthdae, Johnson!!

As for those who help in the production of the video, thank you so much!
After that night, It was a night of melting ice-cream. It's sweet but it's already time to eat it fast.
Some of you might be annoyed with my habit of taking pictures.
Some ran away from lenses that got onto my hand.
Some thought I'd voodoo the photos for my own personal gain.
But no, I was cherishing every moment I'm having with all of my great friends.
The great times, the not-so-great times.
We might not be meeting again in the future.
So take a picture, something both of us can remember.
Who we were, what we did, and how much we've learnt.
If light were to fade, burn down the wall that blocks.
If space were to shrink, break down the room that traps.
Maybe we are meant to know each other for a while.
There won't be such time where you can be with your most trusted and closest buddies as often.
Grab a camera, take a photo and be taken a photo.
It's the only way we seize the moment.
So that histories don't repeat themselves but to last without an end.

Yesterdae, I went out with Jacqueline and kak Salmi.

It was Jacq's birthdae.

Around 4pm, we headed to Alamanda.

Bought ticket for Johnny English which I obviously have watched it.

But why not for a second time with couple of my best friend?

It's a starving evening as I don't have the appetite for lunch earlier.

So, after a moment of indecisive walking direction,

we ended up in Kenny Rogers.

they messed up my orders but that's alright.

Money buys happiness, never bought love

but with happiness, you share the love you have.

Darn full and we started to wander around.

She bought stuffs, she bought more stuffs, I just watch she bought even more stuffs. haha.

I wasn't well introduced to the fourth person who was with us.

I hope she had fun watching the movie too.

It was a fine evening.

To start this post off,
I'll share with you about last week.
It was Wednesdae.
I decided to celebrate a belated birthdae of Safreena and Ieqa.
So, yeah, as usual.
Carl's Jr.
It was a really full meal.
I know there's something wrong with me that day.
I think I'm sick.
But yeah, cherishing the moment, after eating, we went for an hour of pool.
I manage to teach Saf how to shoot properly.
A fun dae indeed with Aidil, Izzat, Izwan, Safreena and Ieqa.

I bought a birthdae present for Ru Yi as her birthdae falls on the next dae.
I was in doubt about her size so I asked her bestie, Mei Gie about her size.
So yeah, I guess I picked the right one.
Supergirl, GO!
haha...
I gave her the present after my lab session.
Which I'm glad she liked it and blog about it here.
I feel a lot better.
Was too curious if it's a good present or not...
Luckily it was.
So yeah, that doesn't stop there.

my skandel, Joanne bought macaroons and gave one to me during the lab session that Thursdae.
It's my first macaroon ever.
I ate it after I got back home and guess what?
It's so sweet that I feel like I'm on cloud 9.
But it does tasted nice. But 1 is probably enough.
I wonder how Mymy thought of eating a lot of these.
Maybe someday, when I feel better, I can enjoy this sweetness of life.
I don't know what's wrong but yeah...
I don't think I'm okay.
I just don't want doctors to prove any worse than I know.

On Fridae nothing much happened other than I got treated by my supervisor for breakfast.
Handed in my milestone 1.
Relieved indeed.
Now skipping through my sick weekend that I practically sleep more than 12 hours a day.
But before that, thank you Syahir for bringing me out for dinner that Saturday. I was rotting. Sick.
On Monday, after the regular hyperactive classes,
my housemates and I went out to Bukit Bintang to do some shopping.
Hanis and I bought new shirt for CLICQ's AGM.
It's fun while it lasted.

Then on Tuesdae, Mymy invited me to tag along.
For some book shopping at Big Bad Wolf's book fair.
Everything is darn cheap! Serious deadly cheap.
But I can't find anything nice I could buy.
I was looking for Sun Tze's Art of War.
It wasn't my day but it was hers indeed.
Quite a well-spent afternoon with Mymy, Johnson, Chong Lee, kak Sya, and Aboy.
Aboy is graduating this Saturdae!
Congrats Aboy!
One of the cool seniors I know. I'll sure miss you if you're not working in UNITEN anymore.
Ah~ sad that it's like final semester for most of us.
How do you celebrate?
Should you be sad?
Think about those 4 years together.
The friendship built.
Priceless.

Then it's CLICQ's AGM later that night.
This is the night that I tried so hard to cover my heartbreak.
Remembering the fun times.
If only we can repeat it.
I am so glad that I know you guys.
I appreciate every moment we were together.

I wish, we have more time together.

As most of you are not aware of,
I was requested to join ESQ's Basic Training.
It's an individual leadership training seminar which is based on religious point of view.
The training module was impressive.
I was instantly captured when the quoted phrase above was declamation.
The module consist on IQ, EQ and SQ improvement module.
In other word, the body-mind-soul.
Honestly speaking, it's a great seminar for self-review.
Not a bad experience indeed.

I was there with most of the UNITEN's Student Representative Council's candidates.
I'm glad to know that I'm as qualified as they are to attend the seminar.
I just grab the opportunity, at first it's just for the free food.
But then, intentions got sorted out and I'm clear now that I need self-improvement.
I don't know why but I felt much better compared to previous semester already.
My perception changed after the seminar.
I realized that I am the same old bastard that people know.
There were so much peace I found during the seminar.
I found out how to let go.
I found out how to be calm.
I found out how to approach.
I found out that ego is my worst enemy.
Tell me, who are you to play God to say that you're better than others while the fact is the things you know are only being borrowed by God and shall be taken away once you're dead.
The love you get from your loved ones are just a part of how God shows you His love.
Do you not feel grateful for whatever He has done to you?
The things you care about are temporary. Nothing is permanent.

What I got from the seminar doesn't change how I am much.
But it does change the way that I view things.
Time will decide. With God's will, I shall be a better person.
Not being better just for my parents, not for my girls, and not even for friends.

But to the Almighty, the One who blew our spirit into our body.

insya-Allah, someday, my eyes and my heart will be opened wider for bigger changes in me.

Last Bazaar

Ladies and lads,
To honour this week's miseries end, I shall say my most humble gratitude to Jacqueline Hendrick for helping me out in my time of needs.
I must say that you can hardly find friends that can actually share your hard times.
Well, I seem to realized that I'm hyper lately.
To start off, I shall share with you about the first thing that mindfucked me the whole week.

Persatuan Pelajar Kelompok Amanah's bazaar.
I'm not mentioning names that caused a lot of mindfuck dealing with this.
I worked with him last time and he's not the best kind of person that I want to work with.
Family matter this, family matter that.
I got a family too.
They're always my priority but I don't leave my job just like that.
I'll make sure someone I can rely on will cover my spot.
But him, no responsibilities at all.
Don't bullshit me about family is more important than work because you're not doing it the right way.

But I'm glad after all those shizz happened, the club president decided to call it off.
I can say that most of the core members of PPKA actually going to compete in the next Student Representative Council election.

So with PPKA booth cancelled for the club bazaar, I spend my lovely time over at CLICQ's booth again :)
The booth design is simple.
No best booth competition this time too as it's a 1-night event.

Joanne treated me dinner. I was shocked honestly. She's so random. Hahaha~
But yeah, thanks for the food. Best thing a person can do for me is to make me full :P
Realizing CLICQ's now Android phones territory. Sharing cool apps is now much fun.
As usual, during bazaar, it's always a busy night for CLICQ.
Being the only IT-based club in UNITEN, we as committee worked hard to promote to newcomers about the club.
I managed to get Puteri join the club after few seduction. Although I didn't get her hot friends to join but to think that I won't be actives in clubs anymore made me feel like that's pointless.
Good enough that I manage to talk to those hot girls. HAHA.
And sorry Mymy for calling you a cockblocker ><"
It's just for fun~ haha

We manage to gain ~50 members that evening.
Good indeed since it's just 1-night-booth.
Another good thing this semester is every new members registered got a chance to use hotstuff's laptop for registration.

I really hope the new committee board that soon to be announced can perform well.

I'm not perfect nor the best committee of the club. But I'm proud to say that I'm lucky to be part of the family even though it didn't last long.

Joanne been hiding behind the booth throughout the bazaar...she looked down but I dare not ask.

Anyways, I put Johnson's video in this semester's CLICQ promo video :)
It was nice, really. I'm loving it.

I'm so gonna miss doing all this multimedia things for club activities.
Thank you for the experiences.
Although there're a lot of boulders along the way, I managed to get through.

Spring Clean

Oh well,
As you know, semester started and the first thing to accomplish on the first dae is always to get a perfect bedroom.
My side of the room to be exact and I manage to clean my side with a bottle of hand sanitizers and Febreze anti-bacteria.
I also keep the table and my stuffs in better arrangement.
I hope it's much manageable from now on.

Kidnapping the Girl

Okay so as stated in the previous post,
I'll share you the story about me kidnapping Mymy.
It's for an early birthdae celebration though.
I planned it really carefully. Like a week plan.
Just for a whole day of Mondae blues.
To give her a memorable celebration indeed. *winks*

Let see, first stop, after knowing her for quite awhile in the previous outing,
I realized that she never had a great 3D movie experience despite all the free tickets she's been getting.
It has been awhile since I paid for thriller movie.
But I made an exception on that day and bought a pair of Final Destination 5 GSC Maxx tickets.
A thriller movie should only be fun if it comes with the best 3D experience...no?

While waiting for her, got myself a Cappuccino at Starbucks at a staff discount price.
Seriously, every guy needs a Starbucks girl.
Watching the movie was fun.
She practically screaming and I practically hiding...LOL.
Good enough that movie gave her a nice 3D thrilling experience.
Then next stop is KLCC for lunch at the Pelita.
Since she's been driving ever since she got a car, I decided to go KLCC from Berjaya Times Square using the trains.
Upon arrival, finding the correct exit to the restaurant was the hardest.
I'd say the lunch experience ruined by the dish being over spicy.
I couldn't finish it and so did her.
So yeah, after lunch we take a stroll around KLCC park.
The weather was great after a drizzle.
We walk around the lake towards the playground.
I remember the small pool for kids that mum brought me once when I was 10.

She tried to play the swings at the playground but unfortunately, she's not small enough to be disguised as a kid?
(I think it's the handbag that gave her away)
Well, that was rather upsetting.
We went back in KLCC and practically walk throughout the mall.
And I said "jom...let's walk to Pavilion"
and she was shocked! HAHA.
But as you know it, it ain't that far...like seriously close :D
Window shopping at Pavilion is a different feeling.
Went to the Tokyo Street part of Pavilion and found out it's really on a quiet part of the mall.
Then, we went to look for movie ticket.
A second round!
She said it was her first too...cool!
After awhile deciding between Colombiana, Nasi Lemak 2.0, and Apollo 18.
We came to a decision and I thought we need a relax comedy movie because she don't normally pay for such movie. HAHA.
Nasi Lemak 2.0 it is.
While waiting for the movie, we hang at the nearby Starbucks and I got myself a second cup of Cappuccino for the day.
But since all the staffs are guys, I don't get to have a Starbucks girl discount in that outlet.
We were chit chatting and camwhoring.
Good times!
And then we watch the movie.Funny movie indeed and truly Malaysia.
Although there're some scenes I'm still at doubt.
But we got a good laugh.
After the movie, we get ourselves a dinner at Pepper Lunch.

It was a new experience for me.
Good for her that I enjoyed eating there very much!
Like seriously enjoying myself cooking.
And yes, the aftermath of the fail lunch made me even starving.
Thus, I'm really enjoying that dinner.
A light chatting and post-mortem on the day out.
I don't know about you but I consider it a very successful one.
A date indeed.
So, yeah...the day ended pretty well although I have moodswings on the day after.
Can't have too much fun, can't we?

Fixed Myself

Ladies and lads,

I've been unwell.
Right after I got back from Negeri Sembilan trip,
my body collapse.
Everything went hot.

I thought it was dengue but it's just a normal high fever.
For first time of my life, I drank so much plain water.
And even my habit of not eating Panadol is gone.
I simply take whatever that can make me feel better.
On Tuesdae, I went to Mid Valley and Husna decided to tag along.
I went there simply just to pick up Motorola Atrix.
I'll make a review of the phone in future post.
On Thursdae, bought some accessories for the phone at Bukit Bintang area with Husna tagging along for a short while.
Yesterdae, I manage to fix up the computer that my aunt asked me to repair.
Fighting the dust is my least favourite part of the job.
And todae, I got to breathe.
I got myself a really good sleep.
It was definitely worth it...
I'm feeling more lively.
And can't wait for this Mondae ;)

Turning into Lemonade

It's been a rough week after the finals.
Not knowing what to do...
But yeah, right after the finals,
I've planned and booked myself for 3 days.
Funny how my life is when it simply got interesting.

Right after exam last Mondae, I went to Low Yat with the boys.
Didn't end up well.
Then, Tuesdae I went out for breaking fast with my skandel, Joanne and everlasting stalker, Suerin at Nando's and went for a movie outing with them to watch Spy Kids 4.
Too bad I forgot to take pics or have no intention of doing so.
Got back at aunt's on Wednesdae,
And on Thursdae, went out with Mymy for Bukit Bintang outing.
She wanted to buy something in Low Yat and asked me to tag along.

I went there by LRT from my aunt's and roaming around while waiting her to get there.
After buying that, we went window shopping.
She sure have loadsa things in her wishlist.
While I just have one.
The Flash tee.
Too bad there were no size.
It's funny that I realized that I'm actually picky in whatever I'm wearing.
And although I love spending, I realized that it's also hard for me to spend in front of her.
We stumbled upon Smurf's tees over at Bossini.

Then I realized that she have been taking photos throughout our outing.
Then it hits me that I should take photos too.
But only for the breaking fast part.
Since there's not much to do while waiting for the break fast time.
Luckily that we got a table at the Pavilion's foodcourt.
The food is simply good but I'm really messy while eating it.
At certain point I felt embarrassed by my way of eating but since she didn't really mind, I just keep eating like it's my kitchen. haha.

After dinner, we went to Sticky and I bought some for my mum as a Mother's dae gift since Mymy reminded me about it.
Then we decided to watch movie.
On our way back to Times Square, I treated her drinks at Starbucks as promised.
She's like an alarm clock but not a pushy one.
She reminds me a lot. HAHA.
We watched Zookeeper.
It was literally blurry at first.
After it was fixed, I can hear her holding her laughs a lot.
It was funny indeed.
Recommended for those who need a good laugh.
It's a good way to end an outing too.
After the movie, it was late.
So, I wanted to accompany her to her car and have me drop by the train station.
Afterall, it was indeed a great day that I forgot my problems earlier that day.

People enjoyed kidnapping me.
This semester, the first one to kidnap me was Syaza.
Or who other people call as Edd or Joey.
She kidnapped me before her FYP presentation and for touching up her ERD and DFD.
I'm not really good with it but that's the advantage having a mum who is teaching this stuff in Curtin University :P

So yeah, yesterday I can say that my evening is well spent since I have no agenda.
I even intro her the cafe in DSS to take away some food for breaking fast!
I'm expecting more people to kidnap me.

It was a directionless Wednesdae this week.
As usual, I'll go by the lobby to chill out.
While waiting to give out Android shirt.
After awhile relaxing myself after the harsh Programming Language quiz,
I saw Asna and Mymy walking out.
They saw me and decided to hang around with me.

They're waiting for classes while me,
I wait for nothing.
Nothing to do at home so I stayed in CoIT looking at people.
CoIT been lonely too, lately.
Ever since it's Ramadhan.
I wonder what happened?

You now know that handheld devices are important in physical social hangouts these days.
Let it be for instant messaging or games.
It's just not the same anymore.

First and foremost, I would like to wish all of you happy fasting.
Last Tuesdae was quite a dull day until Aien asked me if I'm free or not.
I'm free though I feel lazy much on that day.
But waddeheck, I'm cool with outing invitation that involves food :)
So yeah, after AI class, I went back home for a little nap before going to Mines with Aien and Husna.

They wanted to eat Kenny Rogers which I already had recently a week before.
I don't mind though since it's just food.
Better them decide rather than having me decide what to eat. HAHA.
So we reserved a table in case there'll be crowds.
But Mines seem to be empty.
Not much happening and I'm wondering why.
While waiting we went to Brewball and I get to bully Husna on some pool games we had.

Then we waited at KR.
Hoping time to fly fast.
I'd take pictures to kill time but there're not much to see around.
Like I said, Mines was quite lonely.
We talked and entertain stuffs on phone although I don't do those during outing since for me, the group I'm out with have more priority over those contacting me on phone.
I can tolerate people spending their time with their phone during the outing though as long it doesn't bother me especially when I want to talk to them.
Anyways, time do flies.
I ate a lot upon breaking the fast.
I don't know how full is full anymore.

After dinner, Husna wanted to get Cool Blog.
I was okay.
To be honest, I feel like watching movie but seems like they were both seem to be eager to get back home for some stuffs.
So, I didn't propose the idea and we went back.

King of Fruits and Android

You all do knoe that lately been the King of Fruit's season.
Yes, I'm talking about Durian.
I've always have trouble adapting to eating the fruit.
Not because of the smell but because of the restrictions that comes before and after eating it.
Last Fridae, Hanis and Aidil both wanted to get a lil' bit of the season by buying some durians.

They bought quite a lot.
Surprisingly Hanis ate loadsa durians.
More than I do with excitement.
The opening and the eating part was awesome.
My first time with durians in campus!

Later that night, we went to Jusco Cheras Selatan to pick up the Android shirts.
Upon arriving, I treated both Aidil and Hanis for Captain America.
Because it's Aidil's birthday on Saturday.
What's funny is that, we have to drag the Android shirts into the cinema.
So guys, appreciate the shirt since it watched Captain America earlier than most of you did.

Lucky Number 3

Every Wednesdae I try to talk as less as I could.
I want to watch movies with my friends.
So with about a week in advance, I booked Jacq and kak Salmi for movie night on Wednesday.

My aim is never big, just Mr. Popper's Penguins.
So, a day before, I told kak Salmi to discuss with Jacq about the plans.
I know they'll end up choosing either Mines or Alamanda.
So I chose Jusco Cheras Selatan instead.
Because that's where Mr. Popper's Penguins is last shown on that day!
Arrived and let them decide what movie to watch, and I scored! HAHA.

Didn't expect to watch Captain America though.
Saving it for another special day of the week. I guess.
Plus I think it'll be ironic to watch Captain America's movie in Green Lantern t-shirt. LOL.
The movie is hilarious. They thought I watched it!
You should watch it for the sake of mending a broken heart :)
Went for dinner at Kenny Rogers after the movie.
It was darn messed up.
I mean the orders.
But I'm hungry and I go what the heck, just eat.
Jacq and kak Salmi got so much free stuffs due to the waiter's mistake.
Jacq's filled with potatoes I bet. HAHA.
All in all, it was a great evening.

CLICQ Appreciation Dinner

22nd of July.
It was a good day I guess.
CLICQ Appreciation Dinner is great.
It was held at T.G.I Fridays in Sunway Pyramid.
Most of the committee members came with hungry face and back with tired face.
My first experience indeed with T.G.I Fridays.

Not a great one but it's ok.
Upon arriving to Sunway Pyramid, I lock my eyes on the SALES signs.
Can't resist it much!
With several cash in my wallet, I decided to spend.
But not before dinner.
The dinner was out-of-schedule.
The heat caught my brain.
I was darn tired, hungry and wait to blow.
When we got seated, I couldn't stand it.
I have to let it out.
I went out.
Something crazy happened, I didn't burst.
Went back in and randomly choose a meal.
The dinner is nothing much.
The social, too.
But I do enjoy the presence of our club advisor, mr Sufyian.
He didn't stay for bowling after the dinner.
So yeah, I don't feel like getting alone.
I try to walk a slow as I can, below my speed average.
Just to stick with the crowd.
Most of us went for bowling.
Had one of the best agenda ever!
I was excited.
Not because of the game, but because I have found a reason to shout.
Stress were totally jailed.
I was totally in good mood.
I want to push my luck.
I try to ruin the night.
I think I failed with that but hell of a ride.
I got friends.
I realize that if we are down.
It's not money that you spent on things you like that buys happiness.
But to carve a smile on a friend's face is.
Spending money on them just...going to made some of them feel guilty.
Appreciate those who cared before you lost them.
Appreciate, because you need them.

I can stop everything I'm doing just to get ready for something I look forward to with other people.
But I don't understand when...

"her 30 minutes is never".

When I say we go, means we go.
I'm always serious with my invitations.
I hardly take 'no' as an answer.
and you're only around me just because I want you to be around me.
because nobody can spend time with me unless I wanted to.

One of those Nights

Earlier yesterdae was hectic.
Didn't manage to revise much for Programming Language midterm or Data Security quiz.
Go in, do what I can, go out.
Like a boss.

Then back home, I took my nap.
A darn long nap that I only remember waking up to pass laptop back to Joanne.
Ready up and wait for Jacq after waking up and we went to get Johnson.
Johnson is our Mr Driver to IOI Mall that dae.
Since I wanted to watch Harry Potter and the only possible place for that is there since there aren't much people.

After buying the tickets, we went to Pelita for dinner.

Had the best Mamak's fried noodle there.

Either it's the food or I'm just too hungry.

The Neslo wasn't so bad either.

Then we went for a pool game.
Jacq refused to play and just watch us for the whole hour.
I didn't play well though.
It's the whole new-area-new-cue thing.
Johnson manage to arrange the balls for each game.
Getting good. Really good.
But I think me and Johnson had fun.
Jacq should try sometimes. HAHA.
We watch the movie.
Wasn't that good.
Since I read the last book, there were a lot of moments weren't filmed.
But acceptable for RM18 worth of 3 tickets.

We thought of doing marathon but Transformers were only in 3D.

So we went to have chit chats at McD instead.

Talk until around 3AM then went back to UNITEN.

Headache but totally great time.

Fever de Return

Yesterdae I got quite a fever (which I'm still having it)
Since there're no class, I went to the admin since there are UiTM Penang students coming for a benchmarking visit.

2 busses came and I was surprised as there's only 6 of us and 2 SRC representative.
We escorted them to the admin and were briefed on their societies modus-operandi.
They came to UNITEN to learn about how UNITEN societies run their programs.
They seem to be surprise about how our clubs organize events with such limited resources.
The presentation was a success.
All questions (seriously a lot of questions) are successfully answered.

Back home, I don't feel very well.
Flu got bad and luckily Apez gave me a flu med of which mine has expired.
Feeling better after that and off to dinner at Nim's Island with Jacq.
I ordered USA fried rice which was too hot for me that I sweat all the way.
We had some chat and I feel good after that.
Yesterdae was the dae that ended well for me.
I slept early not to ruin the moment.
Waking up, the cold CoIT is tearing my bone's core til my flu came back.
Go away fever.
I hope tonight's Monthly Gathering will be a good one.

Karma got me.
Meet my favourite sport, pool.
Can't say I'm not good at it, I'm an ideal rival.
Aiming from far is my specialty.
Doing mostly difficult shots made me lose my close-range estimation.
I don't know why it's hard for me to aim a close ball.
All and all last week was 3 wins and this week, I got 4 lost.

It can be anything from the quality of the cue, or the table, or the balls.
I don't adapt, I improvise.
Maybe today, I got a little overconfident.
But good news!
Blink182 released their new single, Up All Night today and I immediately set it as this blog's theme.
Guess that's all for quick update today.

Trip with the Stars

It's been quite a f'ed up weeks I had in the last few weeks.
But yesterday's trip to FINAS paid everything off.
I can't ask for anything more than another successful program that I manage to handle alongside with my best people.
I can't thank them enough for helping me throughout this journey.

Thanks a million to these people:
1. Ghobhi - For handling most of the crucial tasks.
2. Aidil - For handling most of the stuff when I'm not able to.
3. Baem and Anep - For preparing the token of appreciation.
4. Acap and Peng - For getting the participants list.
5. Syaffiq - For taking great photos.
6. Apez - For handling the participants during the trip.

and all the awesome participants.

The trip was fun.
We went on tour to the studio that produce sound effect of a movie.
It is amazing to know that they use a lot of different props to produce all kinds of sounds.
However, some sounds they'll have to use the sound bank.
The microphone alone costs about RM60k.
A small room costs about a million.
Then we visit the dubbing studio where all the messed up dialogs are replaced with better ones recorded in the studio.
I have to censor the video in the picture because it's a future movie.
After that we went to the Dolby Surround standard hall that mixes the sound according to Dolby standard. The hall is as big as a regular cinema.
The first studio of its kind in South East Asia.
Cool!

Then we went to video studio where they create 3D graphics, editing the video, and converting analog reels into digital ones.
Awesome to know how each processes took less than two months for a movie.
Then we all went to watch KL Gengster in conjunction with KL Festival 2011 opening ceremony.
The movie broke the local movie collection with RM12 millions.
Another fun thing was that I won a pack of instant coffee in the event's lucky draw!

And not to mention, I got to take photo with Dato' Yusof Haslam! One of the famous director and film producer in Malaysia.
Legendary huh?
All in all, the day went well except for the bus to take us back to UNITEN stuck in a traffic jam due to the roadblock for more than an hour.
I guess that's all for today.

Despite my fever, went for grocery shopping at Alamanda today.
Waking up earlier this morning seeing this nice credit amount left.
It's going to be blackout soon in few days time.

A visit to FINAS.
Fun fact that we have to attend the second launch ceremony of KL Gengster.
With their actors. Can't wait!

This evening was hectic.
Luckily I've set up an outing with Jacq.
Everything seems wrong for me.
I know she had bigger problem than mine.
So I thought, maybe both of us can support each other up.
We went out for a dinner and movie.
The dinner was awesome at Noodle Station.
Jacq manage to finish the banana split.
I'm surprised that she finished it even when she's like saying it was for 2.

Bought Monte Carlo's tickets.
Front seat. But there're pros despite the cons.
Watched the movie again and never got bored of it.
I didn't tell her that I watched the movie the day before.
Because I simply want to watch the movie again.
Had a good laugh.
Fine movie for stressed people that needs to relax.
There're few dramas came out during the outing that worries her.
I hope she's fine.

Questions.
There're nothing wrong with questions.
They're usually followed with answers.
Instead of a proper answer, another questions were thrown out.
It's not like the question bring any harm.
The questions are meant as friendly.
But probably being annoyed with it.
Oh how impressions can change so drastically.
Exactly what happened to me.

Luckily, there're people around me that helps.
Not as close but much understanding.
Not to pamper but to comfort.
Not to spoil but to care.

Probably it's best that I don't ask.
But that's the only way I'm used to for an approach.
Maybe you're sick. Of how I am.
Or maybe you found yourself a brand new toy.
That doesn't break. And does not bore.

Far Away Escape

Today, I'm having the busiest money collecting day.
Collect here, collect there, ta-da~!
Finally, 30 shirts are paid for.
Ordering in process :)

Then I hand in Yani her laptop.
And off to IOI Mall, Puchong with Afif.
He wanted to watch Monte Carlo alone but I tagged along because I'm super stressed.
We had lunch at Jusco's foodcourt there and had a good chat.
Then we watched Monte Carlo.
The movie wasn't that bad at all.
Ah~ Selena Gomez was so damn HOT!
Was funny and at the same time the hall was too cold.
I was shaking after the movie.
All and all I'm giving it 7/10.
A long day awaits me today.

Very cute indeed!
It's really lucky to have Syaza as his owner.
The endless care and stuffs that she bought him.
He does have bad smell and annoying sound.
But that doesn't make it any less cute.
Ah~
Syaza dragged him in a pouch.
Comfortable enough that he sleeps well and eat his tiny piece of apple.

So, today, I went out with Syaza for lunch and Cool Blog.
She brought Garrie along. AHH!! Comel nak mati!
We head to Hot & Roll and have a quick snack.
Yeah, just snack coz that ain't good enough for a lunch to me.
But it tasted great!
Then after done eating, we went to Cool Blog and I treated Syaza Oreo Blog.
I don't know why, it's been my habit to make people order my food.
Lucky Syaza didn't mind.
Sorry if it bothers you, ya! :D
Then we went to Big Apple because I think donuts will be a good dinner for today.
Bought 6 donuts.
Yummeh~

After that we look for pet store to see if there's any Garrie care stuffs that Syaza needs.
Sleeping pouch and snack bowl is bought.
Lucky Garrie to have such caring owner.
Remind me of my old Toto that I didn't take much care when it was alive.
Sad.

But all in all, it was a really fun outing.
Let's keep it short and simple :)

Steamboats and Autobots

It was a well-planned Friday that I managed to go CIMB for personal purpose.
I have to skip Software Project Management lab for the matter but I hope I'll be fine.
After Friday prayers, I went CoIT and hand in the Programming Language lab exercise and going for EC-Council Talk on computing security.
I got to know what I'm supposed to do during the event.
But I don't mind.
It's the tiny problem that won't affect much of a well-planned day.
The talk was fun, as usual.
I really enjoyed the hacking demo shown.

After the event was quite a mess.
Quite unorganized I'd say.

No small change for refunds.
No proper line.
Everything is going on the table (refunding, food-giving)

But luckily all went well. Nobody died.

Then Farah, Aien and I went for steamboat at Danau Kota.

It's a steamboat buffet.

We reschedule our table reservation for like 2 times due to heavy traffic.

But we survived and still maintain our table.

Farah was so excited that she ate a lot.

She and Aien are enjoying cooking their stuffs that they forgot to cook mine.

Talking about cooking, I think I didn't cook that night.

It was a buffet! I tried a lot of stuff.

Too bad I drank a lot so I think I eat quite little although I think it's a lot.

One of the best thing I tried was the self-made Mountain Dew vanilla float.

Taste superb!

I think nobody thought about making it. HAHA.

Farah was an eating machine that night.

She's very excited about the whole steamboat idea.

After the meal, which Farah treated, by the way, we went for a walk around Danau Kota's downtown.

A lot of Elmo, Domo, and Angry Birds!

Not to mention Bieber Fever's colourful Supra shoes.

Too bad on our way back to the car Farah sprained both of her leg.

She said it was the shoe.

But we had fun that night.

Seriously, thank you for the lovely evening ladies!

Saturday came.

After my housemates went out for community service that morning, I went for a quick jog.

Did my laundry and went to sleep again.

Woke up around 2.

Dizzyness!

Backaches!

Went to Alamanda for KFC lunch.

After the meal, we went to Watson. Serious shit it was sale!

But Aidil think his beloved Mydin is cheaper.

Then he argue and fell in love with the Watson's cashier.

LOL.

That night, the awesomeness start.

We went to Brothers Corner for our dinner.

Slow serving indeed.

But we talk a lot.

Then we ride to Berjaya Times Square for Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon.

We're not watching at normal cinema, we're watching it in one of the biggest 3D screen in Malaysia!

The tickets is just a lil' bit more compared to the other cinema but it was awesome.

GSC Maxx truly the best!

The movie, too is awesome.

I can't describe how satisfied I was.

Fuck to those who said Transformers 3's storyline was crap.

Ain't shit that the movie is one of the best I watched.

I'm giving it 8.5 out of 10!

Study is War

This is a long post.
Have you ever wondered what's my guide to keep in control?

Easy, the art of war.
You see, being student is hard.
It's like having war everyday!
Like Sun Tzu, I came out differently with my Study is War.

I will now summarize the Study is War.
There're 13 benchmarks or phases like the Art of War.
However, it's not the same as the Art of War:
1. Realizing the Space
- Know your limits. Push until you are just about to break.

2. Time Consciousness
- Punctual but expect no punctuality. Set a study schedule and learn how to free up your time.

3. 4-step Back
- Average human can think as far as 4 consequences of actions for every move for a particular situation that they will make in 2 hours. Do stop and rest for at least 2 hours to review back the things you studied before.

4. Do While...Thinking
- Waiting will not change anything. Regrets will pass by. Your thoughts must synchronize with your actions. Focus.

5. Observe and Identify
- Know your friends, get familiar with all kinds of people, identify the approach to use when studying with them.

6. Analyze and Plan
- You know others more than you know yourself. Analyze their strength and weaknesses and plan on your day ahead of theirs. You are the one responsible for your own bad day.

7. Controlled Impressions
- Know what people think about you. Retrieve as much impressions to control its spread. Human changes. Get them to know your specialty and expects the very best out of you. Make them ask you hard questions and take those as motivation for you to study.

8. Power of Words
- High expectations is a common idea that lead to trust. Everyone of different social circle will have a common view on you. Set it right and use it to obtain information and to socialize casually without any attachment.

9. Heart is Fragile
- Avoid intimacy. Avoid false hope. Never look back. Always expect the worst.

10. Support the Weak
- If you are down, you find others and rise together. Find your similar half.

11. Maintain Connections
- Don't spoil a good relationship. Either with the person that teaches you, study with you, or learning from you.

12. Retreat
- There's a bigger power that controls how things goes. If everything went bad, lay low. Don't add oil into fire. Accept and cool down.

13. Initialize
- Know the frame of each study period. One will end, another will begin. Grab opportunity to start getting back on feet.

Those are the 13 benchmarks you should be aware of when studying.
I failed in most of the stated benchmarks but I use them as guide.

I don't care how packed my schedule is.

So, another new restaurant I went on Wednesday night is Perantau Hill.
It's on the way to Sg. Merab.

Not bad price and taste too.
What's funny is our table is in front of the TV watching Malaysia vs Taipei for Olimpic qualifying yet everyone of us missed the 2 goal moments.
Ironic that we didn't miss the Taipei's goal.

This is Nasi Goreng Perantau (Traveller's Fried Rice).
It's a bad choice for that night because the meat was very chewy.
I envy Hanis's Pattaya Fried Rice which actually come in a lot quantity.
The chicken Tom Yam that Syahir ordered comes a lot too!

Another Quick Escape

I didn't plan on skipping Zaliman's class today.
I thought Jacq and Kate were having class.
Until I saw Jacq was studying.
Sat down and have a chit chat, then Kate come along saying she's skipping the class.
They were hungry.
So, okay, I skipped Zaliman and we went out to the Mines.

Jacq and Kate wanted to eat at the foodcourt.
Mee kari and Yong Tao Foo.
I treated them ABC special.
It was nice indeed.
We were having good time chatting while eating.
Then we went to look for movie tickets.
I wanted to watch Green Lantern but since the review ain't good,
we decided to watch Attack the Block instead.
Then we went for window shopping and I get myself a haircut.
Kate was very busy.
I felt sorry for dragging her along.
She was craving for a lot of things.
Ice cream, fries, coke. Just name it.
Haha.
Funny thing happened that we forgot what movie we're watching.
And Jacq was craving for Popcorn.
Saying she eat them like rice.

We went into the hall quite early. It was dead cold. I can't recall how many times Jacq complaining about the cold. The movie didn't start after awhile and 1 of the 2 XXL-sized foreigner sitting in front of Jacq were blocking her view with his big head. Forcing her to move seat.

The movie started. It's not that interesting for like first 15 minutes into the movie. But then the funny dialogs caught me. Cursing words flying everywhere throughout the movie. But in a funny way since they're British. Overall, I'm giving the movie a solid 3.5/5. Maybe for the lack of better start of the movie and actions. But it was a comedy thriller. Not too bad.

Then after the movie we went to Bangi for dinner and get back happily after that.
It was really fun hanging out with both of them.
They like laughing, like a lot.

A Quick Escape

It's been awhile since I've gotten any break.
The previous week has been so ugly that I can never describe it here.
I have planned a lot of quick escape to chill myself.
Some even made me abandon my responsibilities.
Last Fridae, I was invited to go to KLCC for the GLC Open Day opening ceremony.
I did not think for a bit before I said 'okay'.
All I know is, I just want to let life goes on.
Just like the movie, Yes Man.
My housemate, Hanis tagged along.
I'm glad to know that he wanted to spend his evening with me on the random trip.

It's not just me.
Acap and Shilpesh too.
I don't really care much but like they said,
the more the merrier.
Due to the jam, we arrived there quite late.
We sat there just about time that the Prime Minister, Dato' Sri Najib Razak launched the event.
The lunch was awesome, I enjoyed the meal very much as I did not eat anything before going.
After the lunch, we went downstairs along with the Prime Minister to get a tour for the GLC open day exhibition.
It was a nice experience.
I mean, how often would you get a chance to be on tour for
exhibition with the Prime Minister?

What came to my surprise is that, UNITEN's solar car got the first booth.
I felt a sudden proud for that since it's been awhile that I'm pissed with my own university.
Ending the 4-hall long exhibition took us about 45 minutes.
There was simply awesome opportunities for anyone to actually get to know how well Malaysian industries are doing.
It's not much but I think we're doing good.
Escorted the Prime Minister out and went back in for a second round!
After the trip, I felt so alive.
To be a part of something huge.
No matter how bias are you, you will feel the same way I do. I mean, even how bad you hated Bill Gates, you eventually feel great once you see the person up-close.
That's charisma, I guess. And fame.

It has been quite awhile since I changed my theme.
The last one was quite a bad template indeed.
Not really a good attention seeker.
So, I decided to change.
I wanted this blog to be simple, yet attractive.
And I wanted it to be white.
Plenty of white.

Thus, I name this as Daydream. with a tagline of "Sometimes you just wish it all."
There are stories behind this theme.
It's a continuum, it's a heartbeat.

Hot stuffs and chick magnets,

Yesterday was the most lazy day of my life.
Where I couldn't concentrate on anything but my misery.
Suicide is a wrong idea to stop anything I felt at that moment.
Lucky me, Amoi wanted to meet me.

So yeah, asked Farah to tag along and she dragged moody Aien together.
The traffic jam got onto everyone's nerve I guess but I stay calm because jam is the least of problem that affects me that time.
Reached Pavilion at about 4.
Met Amoi and Liyana on our way to GSC.
Bought Kung-Fu Panda 2 tickets.
I don't mind watching it another times because I need a good laugh.
I'm not sure if it's the situation or it's just me that feel like waiting for the movie is awkward.
There's so much I want to share with Amoi but maybe presence of Farah and Aien made me feel that way.
But yeah, the movie went right.
Our seat was just nice.
And we set back home after that.
A totally quick escape, yet carries a huge meaning to me.

It has certainly been awhile since my last post...
I just started my first semester of the third year for my degree.
Nothing much.
As usual, the university's giving me a hard time taking the subjects.
I hate UNITEN.
There, I said it.

So what's new this semester?
It seems like I'm getting outdated much...
To start off, I just knew Saf and Ieqa become facilitator for this semester's intake.
Then I knew my housemates went to Petrosains without even considering to invite me.
Then I got to know that Joanne has coloured her hair.
After that, Mai got to do something with her hair too, and ta-da, she got herself a new fringe.
Most shocking is to know Boe having a Facebook.
And she actually made conversation with me. Seriously.
That keychain up there, is Boe's souvenir from her trip to Kazakhstan during the semester break to me.
She's like a total new person. LOL.
Another new things that I can share probably is that I've stopped subscribing to Maxis Broadband since it's such a rip-offs!
I subscribed to P1 and the line is superb and a lot cheaper too.
But I must say that after 4 semesters, I finally use that bedsheet I bought from Carrefour end of 2009.
Got myself some events such as Orientasi Kelompok, Karnival Kelompok UNITEN, UNITEN IT-Week, and FINAS trip.
Quite some other small events along the way but I'll manage to sort out my time.

So, I watched Fast Five yesterday and that was the best RM11 I've spent on a movie this year.
We got the tickets after 3 times gambling for good seats by buying last minute.
I think I need to manage myself well.
Seems like my sleep time is off~

Act 9 - Birthday

Last Fridae was my birthday.

A total of

8 personally said wishes.
103 wishes through Facebook.

3 wishes in Kingdom Heroes.

Who have ever thought of being 21 is a big deal for me?
It's because it'll be the first birthday I wanted to celebrate with a lot of people.
A day before my birthday, I had pre-birthday celebration at McDonalds with Aidil, Izzat and Sarah Roxx. That marks Izzat's first time treating a girl.
I was saying that this semester is the best semester.
Later that night, went for Pizza Hut with Kalai and Joanne.
It was very fun indeed although I was the one who's supposed to treat the dinner.
We ate until we were so darn full.
That everyone thought the first thing to do back home is to hit the sack.

On my birthday, it's been a custom to go for Carl's Jr. for birthday celebration among us.
Aidil wanted it to be different, he suggested that I invited Saf along.
I did because I don't mind at all.
Then later that day Aidil told me he can't make it.
So it's just us, Izzat, Hanis, Saf, Farah and I.
But we did have a great time.

It was Farah's and Safreena's first time trying out Carl's Jr.
After lunch, we hit Brewball for an hour of pool.
Saf and Farah were given lessons on how to hold the stick.
Faah have to leave early but that don't stop Saf from asking us to play foosball with her.
3 rounds and it was great indeed.

It was indeed a great birthday celebration.
Darn, I'm old!

My celebration didn't stop there.
That Monday the 14th, Mymy invited me to join her for a lomo camera hunt at Pavilion.
As usual, we're babbling.
Maybe the usual topics that both of us talk about.
We arrived at the Pavilion and gone straight to the shop.
Unfortunately it was closed due to company dinner.
She was frustrated.
So darn frustrated that I can feel her frustration.

Then we check out the cool Bat Mobile in DC store.
I would really love that car!
And then we went for a Cha Time.
It was so new for me.
Super nice, indeed.
Then we went to the foodcourt area watching candy being made.
I was amazed! Exciting how they mold those into nice candy.

On the next day, A.R and I got an evening planned.
An outing in KL.
New friends, great movie, awesome journey.
A great outing indeed!

On the 16th, Aien and Husna wanted to celebrate my birthday.
Another Pizza Hut at Alamanda.
Different dish, though.
Their treat.
Super full indeed!

I went to Alamanda shopping mall yesterday for montage material.
A question was raised in my head asking...

"What's the difference between those men formal suits?"

I mean, do you know what's a tuxedo, suit, blazer and smoking?
So me and Dale went to Emilio Valentino store to ask the sales person there.
Apparently, a tuxedo is made up of:

Black coat with lapels [lapels is that fancy collar]
Black pants
Black bow tie
Black socks
Black shoes
Black cummerbund [the piece of cloth you see wrapping the belt area]
White shirt.

A suit is a set of clothings that is made up of same material.
As in, the material of the jacket and the pants are the same.

A blazer is a casual jacket like those for suits or casual wear.

A smoking jacket is a very casual jacket that a mafia mob leader usually wear at home.
It is longer than usual jacket...

Saw little kids playing by the staff quarters and joined them a little while.

I felt alive in my fatigue.

Act 3 - Quick Escape

after some time we didn't eat together,

we made a quick escape to McD Bangi for dipper (dinner+supper).

Act 2 - Are You Ready

Everybody needs to be ready of something.
Let's not make rush of things.
This is Act 2...
NOTHING IN THIS WORLD MATTERS.
Because time, will ensure everything comes to an end.
Some people can handle pressure.
I tested my limit this semester.
2am sleep and 7am wake up is freaking bad.
Moving around here and there to settle things.
Getting yelled at, getting fucked at.
You don't need to be awesome to handle stress.
All you need is time management and crazy ideas.
Successful people in this world made their first million with a rebellious act.
Am I ready for mine?

Act 1 - Year of the Hare

This is the beginning of a new series called "Act".
Nothing much... just short sentences as usual.

Intervention - Phones

Last time,

Phones used to be bulky.
If you throw it to a dog, it'll be dead.
So they made smaller for your pocket.
Then they wanted phone with nicer ringtones and colorful screen.
They invented the polyphonic and colorful display phone.
The era changed.
They wanted MP3 ringtones and FM radio built in.
Mobile phones are then equipped with the function.
After that, they asked for camera.
It always started with VGA camera.
Pictures taken need storage therefore they made memory cards for phones too.
As it gets higher in megapixels, they wanted video capabilities.
Now it's video era.
They're not satisfied with one camera, they wanted two.
3G was then introduced.
They think that normal phone are boring.
They started to invent phones that can be twisted, slides, flips, and plenty other ways.
They got bored then.
So they invented touch screen phones.
But due to the slow mobile processor, they couldn't do much.
Then a better processor came by they started to put plenty of functionalities in the phone
and the phone got bad.
The industries decided to develop mobile operating system.
Able to handle plenty of applications and functionalities.
Now, we know Symbian, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry OS, iPhone OS, Android and many more.
Then they compete in screen size.
2.8 inch, 3.2 inch, 4 inch.
Then comes tablet PC like iPad, Galaxy Tab, and much more.
Dual core processors were introduced for mobile technology.
It's sure is underused.
Now what's next?
Graphic processors in phones?

The next time you think of buying a phone, think this...

Do I need it the most, now?

or you'll end up getting outdated in no time for buying too soon.

Chapter 11: The Talk, The Food

It was a calm day indeed that Maisarah asked him out.
He was curious the whole day about what she wanted to talk to him of.
He knew he already promised to treat her but the talk,
is not what he expected.
He's the kind of person who don't keep anything at heart when asked.
As soon after the last class on that day for him, they went out for Nando's.
On the way, they started talking.
On what he felt of the organization.
On what he think about the way things are being managed.
He said a lot.
He's comparing a lot.
If all the organization he was in were combined,
it will honestly be the best organization ever.
CLICQ for independency of doing what you think best.
Amanah for the proper management procedures.
UNITEN Cup for the specific tasks.
A lot of misunderstandings are cleared.
He knew he's not perfect either.
But nobody is and it's finally a time to know your weakness.
And fix it.

The meal at Nando's haven't been as great.
It's as good as he ate it with Joanne, Joline and Kaizen.
As good as he ate it with his family.
As good as he ate it with Aien and Husna.
Now it's the 5th time he's at Nando's.
With his very first scandal, Maisarah whose status now unknown.
There's a lot of things that he have done before.
But a date like this, was unforgettable.

Chapter 12: Boxes

This should be another great day.
He have been planning this day since the week before.
The software quality class ended early.
He and his beloved scandal, Joanne made a quick escape outside UNITEN for lunch.
As usual, they can never figure out where to eat.
But she wanted fast food, McD.
The question is...where?
So, they decided for Bangi...
didn't expect anything else other than food...
and when they got there,
parking is so darn full.
Lunch hour for everyone.
But they managed.
The meal got him full and happily recharged.
Then, next on plan, is another outing...
A trip to Bukit Bintang with Farah and Aien.
Both of his other beloved scandals.
The class ended early that day.
They went to fill the car's tires with air.
Having a rough time waiting for the pump's availability.

Book of Blinkie Week 7 - Pi is a Food [Part 1]

1 whole week of excitements and thrills.
1 whole week of curiousity and prejudice.
1 whole week of truth and comfort.

This is the week that I'll call the finale of Blinkie Week series.
Let me start with last Thursdae, 6th of January 2011.

Chapter 7: Scandalous Day

It was a fine morning that he woke up earlier than usual.
Body Parts by Plain White T's was his alarm.
Playing at 6a.m.
Silenced at 6.45a.m.
He woke up for a little prayer, and connected for his routine gaming.
He got his booth duty at 10a.m. with A.R.
They were both rating girls as girls passing them by.
It's time killing.
12p.m. is the time that he's off-duty.
Next activity is a date with one of his scandal, Farah.
For movies in his laptop, another scandal of his, Aien tagged along.
It started with Funny People.
Terrible. He and Aien went down to take their lunch instead.
The new cafe sucks.
When eating, another scandal of his, Joanne, messaged saying that his only class for that day is cancelled.
Went back up, Farah's watching 3 Idiots.
Told Farah about the cancelled class.
Her only class that she's been waiting for that evening.
But she didn't mind accompanying him.
Much better movie and Aien taking her leave for class some time after.
After 3 Idiots, they watch Death Race 2.
Quite thrilling that at some scenes, he hold his breath.
She was laughing when he did exhale loudly at some point.
After the movie, their movie date has ended.
The next activity, outing with his scandal, Joanne, with her housemates.
She picked him up at the lobby and this is when he made a new friend, Jou Ee.
All 4 of them heading for Jusco Balakong.
A place that he only expect for food and movie activities.
They were unclear on the activities.
He, as usual, just let things fall into place.
They bought tickets for The Tourist.
The mall is quite dull.
The only activity to do is going for Starbucks and have a drink.
Jokes were spoken.
Dirty and wild.
They had a good laugh...and imagination.
Then they head for the show.
It was a fine movie.
After the movie, Suerin was telling them about what she saw when she went to restroom.
And they were deciding where to go, next.
By the toilet he went missing.
He's good at missing in action in the middle of outing.
When he did that, he'll give you a surprise.
A sign of what unexpected to come.
After deciding where to eat, he decided to eat at Secret Recipe.
Again, good chat, jokes and imagination.
The surprise come along when he said he's paying for the meal.
Or so he thoughts.
They went for little grocery shopping.
And home.
What happened later is needless to be said.

Chapter 8: Not a Big Thing

...Pre-marital course tomorrow.
It was a fine Fridae indeed.
The database lab is as cold.
He finished the assignment with his scandal, Farah, faster than anyone else.
And back home.
After the Fridae prayer, he's going for the CLICQ t-shirt designing competition.
Although he went for LAN Gaming meeting instead, he managed to see the t-shirt competition.
His favourite design didn't win though.
The only fun thing that event was probably the fact that he brought some toys from Kinder Joy along.
Later that night.
his scandal, Joanne, sent him home and his roommate picked him up there.
They have movie plans that night.
Hantu Mak Limah Balik Rumah.
Exciting.
He could've swore that at some point Hanis manage to fell asleep.
Apez and Aidil were enjoying themself.
And him, he just cannot concentrate enough on the movie with so many little kids making noise in the cinema.
Went back, so darn tired.
Dinner at Azlina's was awesome.
That just conclude the day.

Chapter 9: Weekendless Week

It's pre-marital course day.
It's a 2-day course that requires him to actually sacrifice his weekend.
It was fun, really.
Most of the speakers are good at delivering speech.
The food provided, is awesome too.
Nothing much to be said on this day since it's just too long to be written.
One thing to be sure is that the Snickers sold in the Cendiakawan's mini store is awesomely great.
He's worn out.

Chapter 10: Hanis Birthday

...Waking up early for the booth duty of Festival Juara Sketsa 2.
He never thought that the participation is darn good.
Too good that the booth don't have to be set up.
More than 20 teams have registered...
This is one of the best event in participation-wise that he's part of organizing team.
Although background work seems hard.
Pointless to say.
A lot to be settled.
The CLICQ Monthly Gathering proposal.
The LAN Gaming Competition.
The UNITEN Cup.
The Festival Juara Sketsa.
The PC buying planning.
Everything revolve around those.
He couldn't care more.
He just want the month come to an end.
That evening, on LAN Gaming Competition meeting,
There are a lot of conflicts.
Political and personal.
He dislikes them very much.
The organization is falling apart.
Quality of events went down.
Good ideas are thrown out.
Good people are misplaced.
Variations, they say.
The one language is split to three.
From top to below management, everything is ruined.
In his perception, at least.
After the meeting, the entertainment plan was executed.
A ride to Carl's Jr. for Hanis birthday.
Their house was the best ever.
Aidil, Hanis, Hafiz, Izzat, and him.
Celebrated like true friends.
21 doesn't sound so bad afterall...
